Was super excited to try this place. Loved the morning bun and chocolate chip cookie, but the almond crossiant (which I was most excited about and bought more of) was overbaked and the filling wasn't that tasty. Probably wouldn't get that again, but would come back to try bread and danish next time.

All of their bread and pastries are amazing and their focaccia is one of the best things I’ve ever had in my life. Drip coffee is great too. Get there early if you want the full selection but everything is phenomenal!

Best bread I’ve had in Texas. Easily beats Village Baking Co, Whole Foods, Eatzi’s. Great hydration, flavor, and texture. It’s on par with the quality of King Arthur Flour’s headquarters in Norwich, VT. I are 3/4 of a loaf straight for lunch. Very satisfying.

It’s a small place focused on baking, not being an environment for hanging out.

I was feeling peckish for good sourdough. It was an excellent choice. I got a raspberry vanilla cruffin, pear danish, and a couple loaves. The Danish and cruffin were absolutely divine with the Danish being just a bit better. So light and just lightly sweet. Ugh. I love good pastries and bread. Carbs. I love carbs.

Bought two of their baguettes today and they were amazing, hard crust and airy light crumb! Since moving to TX from NYC I've been searching for an Italian style loaf like this. I saw another comment here saying it was too hard and, in their opinion, burnt. This is the way it's supposed to be. If you want undercooked crust and dense soft crumb then buy loaves at the supermarket. I appreciate the artisan approach they are taking to make these breads.

It's not my first time tasting delicious pastry and bread and jams.
The place is small ,but it doesn't matter while you're there you won't mind the wait cause the music the vibe is just all around my kind of place .
The owners are great at making bread and pastries.
Customer service is a plus !!
Don't hesitate to go early ,get in line before it opens you won't regret it
I like this place very much,you will too.
