I hired them for my wedding cake and grooms cake on 12/01/24. I had to wait a few months for an appointment, but the cake tasting was such a fun experience! They were always very nice and always answered my questions when I called. After tasting the cake I understood why the wait was so long… it was DELICIOUS. Our wedding cake was vanilla with strawberry buttercream and our grooms cake (complete with wrestling ring on top) was a lemon cake with blueberry and cream cheese filling. I am not the biggest fan of cake… but I ate so much of these. It was so good that it actually made me question some of my life choices. Highly, highly recommend!

Jacques Pastries works with my venue, Dell-Lea, and it was so easy to order our wedding cake. At our tasting in February, we chose our cake flavors along with two fillings. I delivered our cake topper and details and everything came together perfectly. Jacques was easy to communicate with when we received our final headcount, and we made our upgrade payments directly to them. We paid for the cake through Dell-Lea and they handled delivery and set up. Our guests loved our cake corner honoring our cat, Scout, and we received many compliments on the cake! Vanilla with raspberry filling and chocolate with tiramisu filling. Thank you Jacques!

Jacques Pastry Shop provided the cake and cannolis at my wedding in early June. We got the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and it was fantastic. I don't even like carrot cake usually but it was so good that I ended up choosing it for one of the most important days of my life! I didn't get to taste any cannolis but my guests said they were absolutely delicious. Also, the tasting was a blast and we got to try everything!

Just wow. What an incredible experience. First of all we loved our cake tasting experience. It was so fun and the person who helped us was so helpful. I described how I wanted my cake to look and sent a photo. Since Jacques coordinates with the venue I chose I didn't have to do much more after this. We had our cake tasting in April and just had our wedding 12/29. I was doing photos with my wedding party before our ceremony started and looked over to see our PERFECT cake sitting there. Every detail was nailed perfectly and didn't have to coordinate or worry about a thing. It was the most beautiful cake I have ever seen and also the most delicious. We got so many compliments on looks and taste. Jacques is organized, timely, professional, and delicious. I am so happy with the whole experience and I would highly recommend to anyone.

I loved the taste testing experience and amazing customer service!! But i mainly wanted to thank whoever it was for making our wedding cake vision come to life and making it taste so so delicious! The cupcakes got a lot of great feedback as well - they went very quickly! Lol

I heard this pastry shop was the BEST pastry in NH and read their site about making cake in European style. I pick them because I want someone to make this Famous Sachertorte.
I email them and found out they can make this!

I do feel their service was professional and understanding.

I did order this thru email and communication with them. I order over 3 weeks early like they told me too and pay. But after I order I found my vacation schedule got postpone. I did call them to cancel and hold my cake order. Then I email back to them I realize I put the wrong month but it was past the date when I email to them. They respond to give me correct date and I respond back to tell them yes.

When I came on the day to get the cake and they weren’t ready. I was so disappointed and I want make a Big Surprise for my mother. They show me the email I saw and didn’t show my respond. But I show my email respond I did and turnout they never got my reply. Took some time to figure out and they offer me other cake on display. Evenly I was thinking other place to get the cake. I pick their raspberry chocolate ( white frosting letter pictured) and it was super delicious. Plus it wasn’t too sweet!! I appreciate they give me discount.

I still kept Sachertorte order and got it in a different day. Oh that was super delicious. Totally worth paying both of them.

Jacques Pastry Shop recently created and baked our wedding cake for our June, 2024 wedding. All of the staff at Jacques were very friendly and easy to work with. My husband and I were unsure which cake design we wanted, and the bakery team helped us come up with a beautiful modern and simple design - exactly what we wanted. Plus, our cake tasted DELICIOUS! We got carrot cake with cream cheese frosting for the top layer, and chocolate and vanilla for the bottom two layers. Our guests raved about the cake and my husband and I can't wait to enjoy it again on our anniversary!
